§ 1 Scope
To the business relation between the International Film, Television and Music Academy (IFFMA) followingly called IFFMA and the costumer exclusively the following general business conditions are valid. IFFMA doesn't accept divergent conditions of the customer, unless IFFMA would have agreed to her validity particularly in writing.

IFFMA is a division of Training Consulting-Publishing (T C-P) with seat at Mülheim/Ruhr.

§ 2 Our contract
When you place an order/booking to purchase a product from IFFMA, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order/booking containing the details of your order/booking. Your order/booking represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you respectively we have confirmed your booking of a workshop or a course of studies by E-mail (“Booking Confirmation E-mail”). Please notice special application criteria for courses of studies. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch/Booking Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched/booked do not form part of that contract. IFFMA doesn’t sell products to persons under 18.

§ 3 Delivery
3.1 Provided that not agreed differently the delivery carried out ex warehouse to the delivering address given by the customer.
If the product isn't available, IFFMA is authorized to resignation of the sales contract. In this case the customer is immediately informed about this. The already paid selling price is immediately refunded.

3.2 IFFMA reserves the right to substitute comparable instructors or cancel courses. Also we reserve the right to cancel courses of studies. In this case you will be informed immediately.

§ 4 Settlement Date, Payment
4.1 If you order from outside Germany the selling price can only be payed by credit card.

4.2 Payment of the tuition fee for a workshop is due upon receiving confirmation of your application. A cancellation is only possible if a written request is received at least 14 days in advance of seminar starting date. In this case a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the seminar fee will be incurred (however, it also can be named a substitute person).
We remind all students to take out a health, travel and accident insurance. IFFMA cannot be held liable for any kind of loss or damage.

§ 5 Property Reservation
The delivered product remains up to the complete payment in the property of IFFMA.

§ 6 Applicable Right
German law is valid under exclusion of the UN purchase right.
