Best Practices Diversity in the Music Industry - Let's be the change!
Women and gender minorities as well as marginalized people in general are still being disadvantaged in the music industry due to structural problems. #metoo and #blm show how many problems still need to be addressed to create intersectional equity. This talk will give an overview of best practices concerning gender equality and diversity from around the world. It wants to inspire and show actors within the industry - no matter what position of power or resources available - how to create change.
